Yes dear reader, I have signed up for Febfast. For those that don’t know about this,  it is a program where you give up something for 28 days in February to raise funds for youth addiction programs.

This year there are four choices for fasting. Alcohol, sugar, caffeine and digital detox (no gadgets after 8pm). I’ve chosen three of them. I drew the line at caffeine. It is going to be interesting, a food blogger giving up alcohol, sugar and digital gadgets!

You can sign up yourself or read all about it at febfast.org.au and if you feel so inclined you can donate via my fundraising page at Febfast. No pressure.

So here’s  looking forward to a sugar free February of recipes on the blog and no posting after 8pm.
