- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk (I used the Vitasoy unsweetened)
- sweetener to taste, I used stevia
- Combine the ingredients and let sit for a few minutes.
- Give it another stir to break up any lumps and put in the fridge overnight.
